This is something I have learned to bear.
That sleep to me is something rare,
Watching you dream in your bed,
As the noise will not cease in my head.
Insomnia is something that I have faced.
Will often calm in a lovers embrace.
However The trick that works best for me,
Is to focus my thoughts on a documentary.
This is the main thing that I can find.
That is able to quiet my mind.
